Bed issue and the store not being helpful

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and durability of the beds offered by Lewis Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have been consistently met with disappointment and frustration. After purchasing a bed from Lewis I noticed significant sagging within a short period. Concerned about the quality, I contacted the store which is Protea Glen and even sent them pictures. They then sent the bed inspector and he also saw that this was a factory fault. I hinking it might be an issue with the specific model, What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and assistance from them. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue, I have been met with indifference and excuses, They don't even bother to give me an update I have to constantly be doing follow ups and yet not assisted. It seems that they are more interested in making sales than ensuring customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against purchasing any beds from Lewis. Their products have proven to be of poor quality, with persistent sagging issues that diminish comfort and sleep quality. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a bed from a more reputable retailer that stands behind its products and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I regret ever doing business with Lewis and hope that my experience serves as a warning to others seeking a reliable and comfortable bed.
