Bed i bought with Lewis Stores

In April 2014, I bought a bed & kitchen cupboards at Lewis Stores in Brooklyn Cape Town. After two months the wiring of the matrass started to come out. I contacted Lewis Stores on numerous times and told them I am not going to pay until they send me another bed, eventually after almost for months they have replaced the old bed, I didn't use the old bed, it was standing in the plastic until I moved into my own place on 19th December 2014, when I took the plastic off I noted that there are a torn on the base and also this bed's wiring is coming out, the bed sounded like an old bed, I contacted the store again, send emails to their customer service department, again I have waited for weeks on a reply, eventually someone phoned I must go into the store and choose another bed, to my deepest regret, the first night on the so called new bed, I couldn't even lay on the bed, I had to lay in the middle as the bed sunk in, immediately I contacted the store & customer service, up till now no one comes back to me, I have to call every time, than I must hear that the store is busy moving to another branch, but no one can assist me!! This is a disgust & they are selling second hand furniture
