Bears / Lewis Bad service

We bought a sleeper couch from Bears. It was broken and had to go back to Bears for repairs. The couch were send to an upholstery place to be fixed, but the owner of this place didn't want to release it until she got payment from Bears. Bears told me that they would give me a new couch. I went to Bears to enquire, but when I got there they were closed down. I was informed to go to Lewis. Lewis told me that they would help me and I had various telephonic conversations with various people about the situation. I was eventually told that the case were closed without it being resolved. I still don't have my sleeper couch, but I have to pay for it???<br> Annemarie tried to help. She send copies of all documents to their head office, but nobody can give her any feedback on this matter!!<br> I'm very upset, that I have to pay for something that's not even in my house, but with Bears / Lewis!!!!
