Bears - Alberton (Voortrekker Street)

I purchased furniture from Bears Alberton (Voortrekker Street) in October o November 2022. In January 2023 I called to complain bout the couch I bought and that it was sagging less than 3 months since I've had it. I was told they were too busy to collect it and will do so end of January. End of January I had to call again for them to fetch and it took to weeks for them to fetch the couch for repairs, they said they will not replace it. After fetching it (Mid February) they said it would take two week for me to get back (end February). It is the end of March now and I still have not received my couch back, they gave me a bunch of stories from, their cars are being taken in for a service, to they are gonna bring it tomorrow, to the clerk that deals with the collections is on the phone and they dont know when he will be done and return my call.

This is terrible service and I still have the rest of the couch that is packing up in less than 6 months, this is a 36 month contract I have with them.

They are horrible. Zama, sales person, Olifant the stock controller and the rest of the staff there do not care about after sale service and customer satification.
