Beares stole my money

I had contacted the beares branch in pinetown to apply for a few appliances, they did the application and after alot of back and forth they said I had been qualified for the stuff.... They had asked for a deposit based on the price of the appliances that I had ordered so I had sent them the money on the 4th of February I had made an immediate payment... A few days went bye they said they haven't been able to see the payment yet then I ask to speak to the manager he says I did not qualify so they will refund the money it's now the 17th of February and I have still not received my money yet, I had contacted the head office multiple times no body cares that they took our money and don't want to give it back they would keep transferring u around to different departments, with no satisfaction they logged a complaint and said that IL receive a call in 24hrs n I have never heard from them yet I've spent over R100 on airtime to contact them n I'm still not getting any satisfaction... The manager is making it seem like it's the reps fault and he had ntn to do with this, when u call he says he left it for the rep to deal with she doesn't answer our calls she doesn't respond to our messages
