Beares is useless!

if it was up to me i would give them 0 stars! I should have never bought from them. I told my sales consultant christina that i have lost my job i also have sent emails to beares telling them that i have lost my job (on the day it happened) so that the insurance would cover the rest of my payments, they never responded to my emails , christina did tell me on whatsapp about how sorry she is etc. Weeks went by then she started harrasing me and telling me that the insurance only covers if you have been retrenched , but i have read the monarvh insurance it says for loss of employment not only if you are retrenched, i have asked them for the necessary paperwork to fill in but they refused to give it to me. Now christina is telling me if i pay R250 the insurance will cover the rest but just a few moments ago she told me that they are not going to pay out so what is the truth now? I did not pay insurance for nothing! Now beares keeps on harassing me to pay, they show up at my house with private vehicles with strange number plates 2 men and 1 women. They cant even tell me what i bought from them first it's a fridge then it's 2 beds i mean come on , they just want to pocket the money for commission. Why should i pay first then the insurance will pay out? Why did they not do all the necessary peperwork as soon as i told them i lost my job instead they have been harassing me to pay first before they do any paperwork?! That's not how it's supposed to be! I am very unhappy with the poor service beares are giving me and i bet you i am not the only one this is happening to!
