Bank confirmation letter

I have been requesting a bank confirmation letter from one of their stores and iv been sent from pillar to post,phone has been hung up on me ,the tone is their voices you would swear I was applying for credit.Yet all I wanted was for them to confirm their banking details so I can pay for the goods.I even asked if what I'm asking for is impossible to get and I was told I need a poa to get a bank confirmation letter,then it was the popi act still I explained I'm not settling anyone's account here I want to pay for the goods accordingly to their quotation.Guess we aren't good enough for their business.Thank you Lewis head office
