Bad,unprofessional,disgusting company

I bought a TV,sound bar and laptop here...I got ****** and they took my laptop,went to report they asked I do a affidavit that was in January 2023,mind u that laptop I work with it,till April I didn't get no feedback later on they say I must open a case and bring case number,I do that then they say it's their financial.year and they have no stock....then they say better the insurance settles the amount and they send the driver to come make me sign....there's no update on anything but they expect me to pay,question is how because the same laptop I use to work....but when they want me to pay they call a million times and come to my place,why can't they communicate with me as I communicate with them.i want to settle this account and close it...it's a **** company that doesn't respect clients...I would never recommend it to any1 the stuff is not professional and they lie to clients....it's like I signed a contract with the devil.LEWIS SUCKS...
