bad treatment from Lewis store

Good Day I have paid my account in full and Lewis has deducted money from my account even after I had settled my account and when you call their head office they transfer you to their customer which always drops my call..all I want from them is my money back and my settlement letter and I will never in my life purchase from this store as they are unprofessional and do not put their customers first
