bad treatment at Lewis store in Dundee

hello peter, last September 2024 my mother bought a table with 6 chairs at Lewis store in Dundee they brought the table with chairs that have uneven legs, i reported to them that the chair that they delivered are not in good condition but they have not changed all those chairs. today we went there trying to buy television we chose it and we did all the paper work that took us 30 to 45 minutes, when we have finished with the paper work they tried to gave us the TV that was on display. We were not happy with their treatment because they should have told us that they don't have it on stock so that we were going to check somewhere else.....My mother and I are not happy with the treatment that we got there at Lewis store in Dundee.
