Bad treatment

<p> Embarrassed and belittled are only a few words to describe how I feel at this moment. I dont see any other option but to complain here in order to get answers. I resigned from the company on the 25/05/2017. Monies due to me are my provident fund and accumulated leave which I never took. To date I haven't recieved any correspondence in terms of my payout. I spoke to my regional manager ms Ferreira on the 06/06/2017 from the branch where I was employed at which is 172. She said that I dont have to worry about a thing since she sent all the necessary and relevant paperwork to process my payout to the salaries dept.at Head office and that the onus is upon them now to pay me out. I accepted her responce. Today out of concern I text her to confirm a timeframe as to when the payout will be done,since she submiited the paperwork required. My texts are read but not responded too. I feel that this is being done intentionally. I mentioned to her that I need to know since there is a six month course I want to register for in order to enhance my future prospects. I sent 6 texts that are being read but not responded too.I feel that a hold is being put on my future endeavors and its not fair. So if I can get an answer asap please.
