Bad treatment

I am very disappointed in the way employees from the Lewis Store in Eldorado Park treat their customers. They do not care about their customers , they call everyday even go to my grandmothers house almost everyday. My grandmother short paid her account by R20, I get whatsapp messages from the employees saying they gonna come to our house for the R20 they want the money now. For a R20 , this is really not sitting well with me. I've worked my customers before and never ever have I seen something like this honestly. Being harassed for a R20😡. I will never advise someone to open an account with Lewis. The employees in Eldorado Park is so unprofessional they do not know how to deal with customers and understand customers might have some difficulties.
