Bad taxi driver

It seems that Lewis Stores now also make extra money with their delivery vehicles, using them as taxis. On 8th May at 13H10 on the tar road between Venterstad and Burgersdorp a delivery vehicle overtook me at a high speed (I was driving at 120km/h) only to brake, pull over and load a hitchhiker next to the road, then a couple of minutes later the vehicle came speeding past again. Speeding and having passengers in a vehicle I do not find acceptable. Hopefully this driver has a PDP. Registration of vehicle CA 717737. This is the second bad experience I have had this month with a Lewis delivery vehicle.
