Bad shop ever “lewis”

Lewis is very bad their customer service is bad,18 November 2023 i bought Ellis kitchen cuppboard cash n they promised to deliver the following weekend i went home waited for them nothing until i decided to call them asking whats going on thats when they started telling me the stories that the cuppoard is no longer manufactured its not possible to get it on any lewis shops, fine i told them to refund me my money they said no there is another one similar to that one which is Navvada just that you need to add R1500 that one is available. Monday woke up and went there to pay that 1500 extra for them to deliver on that weekend same story up to now its close to a month they dont want to refund my money, am thinking of writting to moja love show now and expose them, its 09 December now no nothing no contact i ****ing hate that shop n i wish no one would ever buy from them
