Bad services & Lairs !!

Lewis stores - Oudtshoorn Branch is bad in service. !!

I bought a bed on account and I have complained about this bed and it has been weeks waiting for them to do something.

Lewis stores staff makes promises that they can't keep , they told me they would have came out to look at the bed but nothing , there bakkie is driving around but no lewis stores came to my house .

We reported this matter to Lewis Store Head Office yet Head Office is also doing nothing.

My mother also bought a couch by them waited for months and months that pasted yet they also did nothing.

We also asked them to cancel bed coz we are begging and calling them to came to look at this bed but nothing.

Also take note they have bad client service due to one of there bakke drives had the nerves to ask one of my family members when will she pay her bill in the street infront of people.

What can I say about this Lewis Store??

They are just bad and very good in lying.
