Bad services from Lewis Store

I bought a cupboard at Lewis stores on 31 March 2021 and today is 04 May 2021 and the cupboard has still not arrived. I paid the full amount cause they said they will deliver it on the 06 April 2021 till now nothing no communication from them. I threw away my old cupboard now my stuff are laying all over the floor and I have to wash dishes on the floor. When i go and enquire they tell me it's on it's way or i should chose another 1 and i want the one i paid for
