Bad services

I am not happy with your service. I bought a chest of drawer with you guys and it is now falling off. The drawers are also falling. I called your head office 2 weeks back and they told me Queen will call me but no one has ever called me.I'm now even thinking of dropping it off by the branch since no one is planning on coming to fix it.Infact i need a new one because it's not even a year since i bought it.
