Bad services at Lewis Protea Glen

I have account with lewis that I open last year,I did debit order that it went of on the 25th of everymonths,September I changed banking details and I went to the shop and change it and they debited the new banking details and the previous one,I spoke to Jackson the sales rep he said he will fix it with the manager,for 3 months they were not debiting my account and when I try to find the lady by the name of Thoko she started to be rude with me and she was threatening to send Jabulani at my work place. After 2 days Jabulani phoned but he didn't tell me what he want,he was busy telling me about his car broke 2 weeks ago,I feel like they don't have customer care and they treat us bad as we are staying location.
