Bad services and didn't get help

I Purchased a stove 2years ago but return it after 2 days and the account was cancelled. Now I wanted to buy a house but I was told im blisted because I owe Lewis store and but when I called the store the lady who help me sent me a Statement showing that I owe R0.00 when I check with TransUnion It shows that I have two accounts with Lewis but what's funny is the account number is the same and the opening of the accounts is samedate I only had to find that I'm blacklisted when my application of the house was declined no1 has contacted me and I was told that the account was cancelled. I am so frustrated right now because the store can't even tell me who must I contact regarding my account they also don't know. For the whole two years I haven't received a letter, sms or a call from the store or the lawyers who have this account what ****es me off is that I was told that when they type my ID number it shows that I don't have an account with them then on TransUnion it shows something else. I can't get a car nor a house just because of their negligence, as young as I am I had to be blacklisted now my name is ruined for this. I must say they do not know their job I am so unhappy with this
