I'm very disappointed with your services and rude attitude towards your customers. Account was settled and closed on May 2022, but I have noticed the account is active again. Been calling you Nd promising to resolve the issue. Should the account fall on arreas and affects my credit record

06 Sept 2022, 11:38Worst part of it my account with Lewis was under debt review and I exited debt review through by paying off all my debt and with Credit bureaus account was closed but lately reopened. Should account fall on arreas and affects my credit history I will take the matter further. I'm in the middle of the process of acquiring bond.
