Bad Service Still Waiting For My Refund

I bought a bed room suite at Lewis at Athlone on the 24-Oct-2015 they were supposed to deliver it in Queenstown. I went up and down both the Athlone and the Queenstown Store one is blaming the other for not delivering in time, on the 07-Nov-2015 they told me they will deliver on Monday the 9th. Right there i wanted my refund they then promised to deliver on that day i told then if my delivery was not done before 12:00 PM am I want my Money back. They delivered at 16:00 PM I then turned back went to get my refund back on the 10-Nov-2015 the manager said she will call me when they have cash. Till this day I have not received my Money the manger is on a training she will be back Monday, I have no guarantee that I will get my cash on that day still.The Store Numbers are ***, *** and ***.<br> LEWIS SHOULD GET COMPETENT PEOPLE TO WORK FOR THEM..... I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.....
