Bad service received Eyethu Mall.

I am so disappointed with the service I got from Lewis store jn eyethu mall, I wanted to take additional washing machine because my washing machine was broken.

I was told over the phone that I was approved and I just needed to sign the contract when I get there I was interrogated about my salary for October which appeared in November I tried to explain that there was a bank error hence my salary was delayed in October.i was told this is not right and the lady started gossiping to her colleagues about my salary, and that's Its weird why it does not appear in October.I really felt very offended and undermined degraded because I felt I was being judged because of my salary maybe my salary is not that much or little I have been a Lewis customer since 2019 and my account is in good standing and never expected such a service.

I decided to go to OK furniture next door and I opened a new account and gladly got the machine within 2 hours and they did not have a problem with my salary and was not interrogated about salaries and bank problems and felt more welcomed there.I never thought I would write a bad review about Lewis because it's been my favorite store for many years and also persuaded my previous employer to buy their furniture there.its unfortunate what happened and wish that does not happen to another customer.
