Bad service providing

I don't like the service Lewis stores is providing I am paying my instalments each and every month but my account with Lewis is on arrears but my account is being debited each every month to pay my instalments were are you guys taking my money to each and every if my account is on arreas and Lewis stores has handed my name over to credit bereau and am paying my account every month and on time I can't open other accounts because of Lewis stores they are giving my name a bad reputation . When I go to the store at Springs branch they will tell me there are no arrears but my name is handed over to credit bereau because of the arrears I don't know they are coming from where . Please remove my name on credit bereau list as I am paying every month and on time . I really don't like the service you providing .
