bad service, lies

I Opened an account with this terrible store in Nov 2014 and damaged goods were delivered @ my place. I then reported the matter with 7 days to Demain and Fikile and was promised that replacement will be done in Jan 2015 as all factories are closed. I waited and called in end of Jan and was told that Demain is not working there anymore and I spoke to the manager Elizabeth who offer me Demain cell number and told me that I should speak to him were as I Opened the account at their outlet not different one, she told me all those sort of stories that the delivery was supposed to be done frm Rustenburg not Randburg and if the superior will find out Demain will be fired. After few minutes she called me again saying that exchange will be done in March since today she never updated me. Then I took a step forward went to the branch when I arrived they told me that she is at the new store I went there and spoke to assistance manager she then told me that she went to the old store how clever was that, I asked her to tell Elizabeth to call me ASAP still waiting. I opened this no good account last year and nothing has been done all I get is different useless stories both from manager n staff <br>
