BAD SERVICE LEWIS WATERGATE

On the 10th October 2022 I requested to purchase 3 laptops with Lewis Stores - Watergate Mall in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town. Two of which were proline laptops with printers. They delivered the laptops about a few days later and I was told that the HP Laptop which was the 3rd laptop would be delivered the following day. I then signed the contract and spoke to the finance team and everything, only to be called by the manager a week later to be advised that the sales person used the wrong product code and there were no longer those laptops in stock and she will call different branches to get it. To date, I have been calling and messaging only to be told by the sales agent that the manager has been ignoring her and the sales agent advised me to log a bad review because I said I would, until today, no laptop and debit order will be going off in two days time. I have been a customer with Lewis for about a year now and I have never experienced such pathetic service!
