Bad Service - Lewis Stores

<p>I have purchased a 50 cm Television, a glass unit, and a set of couches in April 2016 at Lewis, Parow. When the furniture was delivered, I received the wrong remote control. They delivered the FLOOR model glass unit, (but charged a new price), I was given a second hand couch set! Upon enquiring, the manager sent out her husband after hours to see if we could use a remote control and he discovered there is something wrong with the remote. I then told her husband to please confirm with his wife that we have received a second hand set of couches as well. After waiting for almost two weeks they discovered the wrong remote was given, We eventually got the right one. We went back to the Store, and the manager pointed out a suitable set of couches which is perfect and brand new on the market. It was delivered on the 03rd week. Not even a month later, the staples on the couch got loose and we discovered holes behind the pillows( not visible) but you can feel it. The couches started to unthread and we once again called and shared our concern with the manager. She then said she will send out her diriver to collect and have it sent to the factory to have it fixed. I told her I do not want that set, because before long, the same thing will happen. She can fetch it, but I do not want the same set. We waited all day, but no-one pitched. I called and she said Saturday is not such a good day for collectionas they are very busy. Five months later andi am still waiting! I received a call on Friday11th November whereby I was informed they will collect the couches one by one and have it fixed before the factory closes for the Year. The service is poor and disgusted.</p>
