Bad service lewis Melmoth

This is what I posted on Lewis page this morning still no one has contacted me or responded I'M very much disappointed my mother bought wardrobe from your branch in melmoth branch for 3 weeks it was not delivered on the 14th December she hired car to fetch it for her Wrong wardrobe was delivered with poor quality handles were falling off, mirror was broken I went to the shop on Tuesday they promised to fetch it and replace it on Thursday the latest of which they did not On Friday I celled the shop and spoke to the manager who promised to investigate and call me back and she did not Again on Saturday I called the shop and the manager told me that my mother must come to the shop for new contract my mother is 63 must she run up and down because some one failed to do their job at whose expenses I would like your customer service department to follow up on this My mother is self employed must she leave her business and come to the shop for someone's negligence or is it how lewis treat their customers
