Bad service Lewis head office

My wife at the middle of last month app**** for credit at Lewis Stores in Lydenburg and it was approved. Friday 23-10-2020 when we went to the store to collect the TV we wanted she was suddenly declined and the reason was that she is under debt review. Now here is the twist..... She previously had a lewis account that was paid by retrenchment insurance. She never had any other debt and the debt review flag is just by Lewis and no other credit bureau. We want the credit back and this time without deposit or we will be going to a lawyer to sort this. Since when can Lewis just flag a person under debt review when there is absolutely no debt to review?
