Bad service lewis empangeni

I have bought some furniture at lewis store empangeni kzn but I am not happy I have paid very nicely then I stop paying because I have phone them went to them and even phone the head office they never care or helped me . I am paying for 2 TV but only have 1 tv but being paying for 7 months for 2 tv .I am paying for a TV stand but have no TV stand waiting for it for 7 months now . Also my lounge sweet ,radio ,washing machines, pots ,bed and bedroom set is broken they sent my bedroom set without *****s then I was complaining then they went to China mall to buy *****s and it broke I have phone I went there everytime they said the manager will phone but in 5 months no one phoned me what .must I do please help
