Bad service lewis

Very traumatic experience with the so Called beares store in Mams Square ,the service from the guy who assisted with my purchase was excellent,then came the missed payment ,came a visit from their store clerk to my workplace ,then the driver to my home and I gored that ,then I did a debit order the 1st 2months no issues then came end of April missed debit order due to the public holiday or something I don't know ,coz from what I told minah their clerk was that wether it's a public holiday or not I get paid then I got a missed call from the managers phone ,then I got missed calls from the land line and guess what that wasn't the end ,they went to my home to collect the fridge and the bed ,and for some reason they only left the invoice,my aunt called me the minute they left and she said they are coming to my workplace,but they didn't come they came the next day and on Sunday I made a payment and sent the proof of payment to the manager in Whatsapp and guess what ,Monday I got a visit from the 2 guys saying they came to collect the money for the fridge and bed and I asked them how come coz I sent to the store manager,then the guy said he's gonna confirm with minah their store clerk ,and that lady is very rude and has no respect and the audacity to tell the person she was talking to saying they will call them back because I am a problem ,the nerve of that lady ,I was so ready to take this to my lawyers and I thought I should just come here 1st and find out if they are running a business that include customers who are the lively Hood of their business or they running a Mickey mouse show ,I will not tolerate their stalker tendencies ,it must come to an end ,can you imagine the embarasament ,they have got no respect for their customers and believe me I will never ever shop from that store and no family or friend of mine will shop there and that is a promise ,Minah should clean up her attitude
