Bad service isn't even the word!!!

I never experienced such bad service for anyone. There were quick to give my fiance an account om Monday, they said that they will deliver on Monday afternoon nothing happend then Tuesday came nothing after we phone them like 20 times everytime they said they will phone back an promise us delivery on Tuesday yet still nothing its Wednesday today and we phoned then like 3 times already and still just excuses but no one phoning back and no delivery how long must we wait??? We paid the deposit and everything!!!
