Bad service. Goods purchased faulty

we purchased couches from Lewis stores Krugersdorp in 2013. since the 1st day we experiences problems with it. Lewis had to repair the feet of the couches in the first week. i complained about the bad workmanship that was done on the couches arm wrests and the fact that the seats squeak and crack when you sit on it. This complaint was given to Lewis since we bought it, and every time we went to make a payment we mentioned this to them, they just kept on saying that we will log a call for you, this was never done as according to their complaint department this was onlly mentioned sometime last year. we are paying almost 31K for this lounge suite and this is NOT the service that I expect to receive from any retailer.<br> the couches was collected 2 weeks ago to be \repaired"and every time you phone them it is a different excuse. today i was called to say that i need to pay in an additional R2500.00 to have it fixed. it is not my fault thy factory did a BAD job in the first place. i need this to be resolved. Lewis Krugersdorp is the worst retailer i have come across my entire life. Bad customer services"
