Bad service from Lewis store and head office

I bought a kelvinator stove at Lewis store palm springs Evaton Vaal, paid R6150 delivery included, on the 20th August 2019, the stove was delivered 5 days later the stove the box opened I rejected opened goods, then there was another delivery on the 29th August 2019, cooked on saturday food got burned I reduced the heat 2, which is unusual used the oven same thing, food gets burned, I went to the store and notified the sales lasy I even requested cancelation of the deal since the disrespect of the first delivery of an opened box, The store did arrange to collect the stove and never cancelled the deal, lodged a complain with head office, they sent an electrician to check the stove, the ba*****t came as the stove volts are too high he will go and notify the store, it looks like factory thing, the store did not come back to me, I called the head office, the first person told he could see the report that the oven over heats he will escalate to the store and make arrangement, silence again I called again I was told I miss used the stove they will not assist me, and their closing the case said Ivy Mpongose from Lewis head office
