Bad service from Lewis store

I bought bedroom suit from Lewis store Libode branch. When they delivered no wardrobe nor communication up until i went to the store and they said wardrobe is finished they are waiting for the order.

I have been calling the manager since December. This year she said the wardrobe has been arrived but they have a problem with the delivery car.

Everyday its a new story, am tired of their lies and empty promises i need my money
