bad service from lewis sterkspruit branch

I purchase a cupboard with lewis sterkspruit on the 21st of dec and their policy says (same delivery) this didn't happen and I was not offended as sterkspruit is a remote area days passed and only on the 24th of dec the items were delivered with one piece missing they promised to deliver it after xmas that also ddnt happen I went to the store and spoke to the sales person who assisted me bongie and she told me a llife story about the item being in their warehouse in Bloemfontein and promised to have it delivered after new years day I have been calling and not getting through to bongie or the manager numerous times, they have promised to call me back and none of that happened, im completely disappointed with lewis and their service why promise same delivery and fail to keep the promise to top it off the one piece of the cupboard they delivered has skewed drawers and certain damages but I ddnt even complain about that all 1 want is for them to deliver the 1piece as I paid full cash for the stuff.
