Bad service from lewis kwa mashu

I had bad experience with lewis kwamashu (station) when i was signing the contract they told me that they will add insurance that insurance will assist me when i lose my job , it so happen that i got fired at work & i submitte the letter nobody called or do follow up with me that they got the letter they say their manager will call me up until now am still waiting for their call. Sales person that was assisting me told me that if i got fired insurance will cover the furniture but now they busy telling me stories i think the manager is so unprofessinal & the staff also they lie too much. Now they want me to pay for the furniture how cause am no longer working & i have submmite the letter?
