Bad service from Lewis

Good morning I bought a furniture from Lewis store in Mpumalanga Middleburg branch but the delivery was come from vryheid branch 416 (what a bad service from Lewis to their customers ) I reported the damage of their products such as headboard and the mirror since December even know they didn't come to see the problem because it's new I bought it on December I called Middleburg branch and I went straight to vryheid branch to told them but nothing come out I even made a call to customers service it still the same I'm really not happy about the service we get from Lewis I can't even encourage people to go and buy there because know I have a experience that they don't care about the feelings of their customers
