bad service from lewis

I had an account with lewis for years. Then last year I lost my job and I went to report this and they asked for a proof of unemployment, affidavit ect and I brought them. The branch failed to submit my documents now they are busy coming to me. This is a bad service really I'm not happy at all because I brought every documents they said I must bring but till today they are bothering me.<br>
