BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I am so disappointed with the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have been getting from your staff.

I bought a washing machine from your Roodepoort Branch only to find that few months later it had technical issues and it was taken back to be checked, however to my surprise when I got it back the machine had scratches on it(see attached) I then reported it as it did not have scratches on when I sent it back

I was told to report it directly to the store, which I I did, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nomsa and she requested pictures which I did sent them. I was then transferred to this UNPROFFESSIONAL , NON CUSTOMER ORIENTED, RUDE, BAD STINKING ATTITUDE WOMAN BY THE NAME OF PHINDILE KWINI she told me that she’s not going to take the machine back and just have to see what I am to do with it. Then she dropped the call on me. Firstly she doesn’t know that I have rights as a south African customer For her bad attitude towards customer I will be taking this matter further in regards to the CPA( Consumer Protection ACT)I will report this to all media platforms including Hello Peter! She is not fit to work with customers. And I will not let it slide, what’s even ****ing me off I am the one that keeps on calling everyday with no help that I was promised or deserve as a customer.

If these are your customer values, then it’s a loss for this branch. THIS IS ROBERRY !!!!!!!

I EXPECT A SPEEDY RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER AND WANT IT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!
