Bad service, false promises

2years ago i bought a kitchen unit at Lewis then my mom realized that the doors are not strong they are not even straight i called and laid a complain with them they've promised to come and fixed the kitchen unit until today I've been calling them speaking to different managers they all promise to send someone to come fix it but no one has came now one door has pulled out and we've put it aside we're so unhappy with their services I've been paying them since as a debit order never missed even one payment but they fail to provide good services and deliver now i was thinking just to take back the kitchen unit back to them and want my money back
