Bad service, false advertising. " No Deposit, SAME DAY delivery delivery"

Mr Adam's a friend of mine went to Lewis to purchase two things, Big on the wall inside the store it says NO Deposit, SAME DAY Delivery. Yet after paying a deposit getting a sms saying your purchase was successful. Still waiting, still need to check employment stasus, yet everything was done on Saturday. Wow!!!!! Yeah right.
