Bad service Estcourt branch manager

Today I accompanied my mom to buy a fridge at Lewis Estcourt, when we got there the sales consultant assisted us accordingly but the problem started with the branch manager who shouted my mom for not signing a affidavit document that is filled at the store and certified at the police station, she failed to listen to reason and even worse when the sales agent admitted not showing us where to sign she kept on shouting and was even angry that I was answering her back because she was shouting at at us yelling at me to shut up. During that incident she refused to complete authorisation of the purchase and cancelled the contract, manager or not I refuse for anyone to shout at my mother. I believe we never make business decisions based on emotions and this here is exactly what happened she cancelled the deal because I challenged her stinking attitude towards my mother
