Bad service east London Lewis terminus

I'm disappointed from the service I got from Lewis terminus street east London, the ladies changing phone and shouting at me, first off all am at the hospital yes started maternity leave before time been stuck at the hospital and I understand I have a new account did not get paid from work and tried telling them I will be able to make payment on the 15th they said they will send the car to fetch goods shouting, I'm not home so there is no one I asked about the insurance they said it covers people who are paralysed and crippled not maternity, im working under retail it does not cover maternity so basically its no work no pay want to ask about the insurance where it state loss of income? They said I should borrow the money and come pay how can I do that while I'm at the hospital I have stating I will be able to make payment on the 15th each time they call and they always yell, I feel like some sort of ******** trying to run away.
