bad service

i am terribly unhappy about Lewis stores Atlantis..i hv purchased a JVC home theatre set & a mettalic kalvinator stove in 2018. the day it was deliverd i niticed tht the JVC system is not olaying ..the cd slide couldnt ooen..i informed them about tjis. after speaking to several sales persons & managers they came to collect it after more than 8mnths..they brought a new one wth the same oroblem..lucky i hd the delivery guys check it out & take it back to the store tht was early 2019...every time i enquire at store im being treated ss a nuinsance ..i hv paid both accounts in a years time & purchased a leather lounge suite at lewis cash to show them tht im a loyal customer but to no avail..i was sent to diffrent oeople but no one was willing to helo...plzz i need your help!!i hv neva received a new system from them as promised..miss naomi seherie
