Bad service

I have a complaint about Lewis Stores,Oxford Street in East London. I bought three items ( tv,stove and hifi system) back in December 2020,I then settled my account in October 2021 .Not long after I bought these items the tv stopped working.It took them about 3 months to replace my tv.The Hifi amplifier has been taken in to their store because it's now stopped working too.Iv been waiting now about two months for it to be sorted out and i have even contacted their Head office but nothing is being done,I don't know what to do any more
