Bad service by the Accounts Dept

This Morning I got a phone call From the Accounts Dept From the Lewis Store in Alberton by a Lady called Tumi/ Thembi, now if my account is due to be payed on the 30th via Debt order , what I would like to know is how can I get called to pay cash 2 days before my debit order comes of my bank Account, when I asked that question to the lady she got so rude to me that I put the phone down, I then called her back and same thing I asked her does she normally swear a customer and when I said to her I'm going to report her she said Gladly go ahead and report me I don't care and put the phone down on me, now I would like to know how to resolve such behavior to a customer that must pay an account to a place which treats their customers like this, I would like their head office to contact me to resolve this issue
