Bad service

Hi I bought a set of table and chairs at Lewis store located at mams mall on Saturday and yesterday i received them and i experienced something i never experienced especially for a funiture store, 1st all my products were not coverd in plastic or box well that was a big dessapointment for a well known store secondly the chairs had some deep scratches as if they were from a pawn shop even under you could see that they were using them maybe for display i dont know

Ok Today i went to the store straight to complain but guess what the staff seemed to be hiding their manager while i asked for him/her thats what ****ed me off.... So they told me to wait for 13:00 as if i have nothing to do they are the only priority in my schedule am not happy at all after that service because i didn't buy them on laybuy or credit. I paid cash in store.... Only to receive a 1star service
