Bad service
I have fully paid my account at Lewis, but that has not been updated yet. It still affects my credit score badly. I have called Lewis head office to assist with the matter but has being doing empty promises. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

11 Apr 2023, 10:45I have called the head office but I was only transferred to the call center(customer service department), I was only sent a letter acknowledging that I paid fully but I was not cleared, and that affects my credit score badly. Please do assist with the matter ASAP. THANK YOU!!
