Bad service

I bought GRANDE MK2 - BLACK , four plate stove and dinner set table at Kokstad branch yesterday CASH they are refusing to deliver because their delivery van is broken. Been trying to call them, Mam Tombo is no longer taking my calls store manager laughed at my complaint. Call centre complaint told me to wait between 24hour to 47 to get back to me.
