Bad Service

Terrible treatment I`ve been receiving from Lewis Stores head office and their Mitchells Plain Town Centre Branch. For the past few months they`ve been trying to debit from my 2 bank account, as if they not getting their money monthly, not even once have i missed a payment. 3 weeks back I asked for a settlement letter to settle one of my accounts, they only sent it last week thursday, on Friday I went to Settle the account with the amount they gave me on the letter, only to find out after settling the account they will say I`m on arreas on the other account, I was shocked, they said its a mistake that was made by head office and I have to pay that amount, I said I never missed any payment and I`ve got proof, instead they have been trying to double debit me. One of Branch Manager was so rude to me and left me hanging there when I asked her questions. They are ********
